Our team consists of trained professionals who strive to exceed our customers' expectations.

Our team includes a select group of skilled subcontractors who are licensed and insured and have been loyal to us for many years. We also have a select group of vendors on our team that we have found to provide high quality products and service.

Bob McKay - Owner and President

Bob is a very active member of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders . His prior responsibilities have included chairman of the Remodelers Council at both the local and state levels and serving on the Board of Directors. Bob was selected as the first state "Remodeler of the Year" in 1996 and was named "Birmingham Builder of the Year" in 2003. He is a member of the Master Builder/Master Remodelers Program whose stringent criteria are difficult to meet. He has also achieved the Certified Graduate Remodeler designation as well as the Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist designation. He has previously served as President of Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders..

Jewel McKay - Co-owner and Office Manager

Jewel is responsible for all activities related to the management of the office functions and has obtained the Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) designation and assists with projects involving her background and skills.  She is a "retired" RN with experience in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing.  She provides assistance with the selection process as needed.
