The Master Builder/Master Remodelor
program was developed by the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders (GBAHB) to
give builders and remodelors who elect to participate a way to distinguish themselves and
demonstrate that they subscribe to a higher canon of ethics. The program enhances
the professionalism of participating members who desire to improve their relations with
their customers and the public.Selecting a
member of the Master Builder/Master Remodelor program assures the homeowner that the
member has met requirements for insurance and recent credit checks. It also indicates that
they have agreed to a set process for resolving disagreements.
