Our team consists of trained professionals who strive to exceed our customers' expectations.
Bob McKay - Owner and President
Bob is a very active member of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders . His prior responsibilities have included chairman of the Remodelors Council at both the local and state levels and serving on the Board of Directors. Bob was selected as the first state "Remodelor of the Year" in 1996 and was named "Birmingham Builder of the Year" in 2003. He is a member of the Master Builder Master Remodelors Program whose stringent criteria are difficult to meet. He has also achieved the Certified Graduate Remodelor designation as well as the Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist designation.

Jewel McKay - Co-owner and Office Manager
Jewel is responsible for all activities related to the management of the office functions. She is a "retired" RN with experience in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing. She has also obtained the Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) designation and assists with projects involving her background and skills. She also provides assistance with the selection process as needed.

Greg Maxwell - Production Manager
Greg has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences which has provided him with a background in interpersonal skills dealing with customers and the work team. He has been with the company over 10 years, working in various capacities on job sites. He is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the project and promoting collaborative customer relations.

Phillip McClain - Carpenter Helper
Joined our team part-time while a student in high school & college. Recently joined us full-time as he discovered he preferred the work of a carpenter to that of an auto mechanic! Helps with anything we ask him to and is rapidly gaining carpentry skills.
